The tram emits a smell that is foul and harmful to many people. They have added a vanilla scent to the Fitness Room.

Adding these things to the use of e-cigarettes in the casino makes it look like Par-A-Dice is stepping up its assault on the respiratory systems of its customers.

Air quality is top of mind for us, as we know, many of our guests can be sensitive. We will share your comments with our team. The atmosphere is a little stale and the place needs to be updated or something to make it more attractive.

This is one of the older riverboats in IL and just doesn't do much for ambiance at all. I have been there 3 times over the last few years and have never walked away with any money ahead as I have in other places.

I'm not a regular either so maybe that's part of it I don't know. Pretty sure we will not look to come back here anytime soon.

Their was a augment at the front desk with guest and staff when we went to check in. When we did get checked in was told restaurants were across the street.

Hotel had no amenities walked over to the casino which was not connected it was cold and no security as we walked into the casino two security guards detaining a couple at the entrance inside.
